Rishabh is a Director at HVS MEA. With over 15 years of experience in shaping hospitality projects in emerging hotel markets, he has spearheaded projects in over 40 countries across three continents, collaborating with best-in-class global and regional hotel companies, brands, family offices, property funds and institutional investors. He has successfully completed several strategic assignments, ranging from transactions and portfolio appraisals to asset management and complex contract negotiations. His experience spans across more than a hundred markets and covers city hotels, lifestyle hotels, luxury resorts and safari lodges. With a foundation built on firsthand experience as a developer/owner in the hospitality sector and managerial roles in India’s finest luxury hotels, he brings a unique blend of industry insight and practical wisdom. Rishabh is a graduate of Taj’s Management Program, holds a Business degree and a First-Class Honors degree in Hotel Management from the University of Huddersfield, UK. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
