Patrick Fitzgibbon oversees Hilton’s growth across Europe, Middle East & Africa, and is responsible for the rapid expansion of Hilton’s portfolio in the region, which now includes more than 600 trading hotels in 70 countries and territories.

Patrick’s team of more than 35 hotel and property development specialists, based in 11 international offices work closely with owners and investors to open new hotels in key cities and resorts. Under his leadership, Hilton has introduced new brands including LXR Hotels and Resorts and Tapestry Collection by Hilton to its EMEA portfolio, which now exceeds 190,000 rooms under 13 distinct brands.

Having joined Hilton in 1997, Patrick headed up the company’s hotel development activities in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada prior to his current role in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
